this is just more information about Roxas past and how has got a keyblade and more information.
if you want to crontol Roxas with his PID then you and your pc are going to die because it has got a command that is activated when someone tries to hack that PID it makes the pc of the hacker explode in his face.

Roxas is the only one who can use is PID to edit his appearance,his strenght,his speed and his powers, and can make any stupid thing real like make rain money or coins or candy from the cloud or that the weather is as it wants, and he can with armstrong with only one punch.

In short, he's a god with that thing.
