Although I really like the idea of the Zombie Gameboy a little more (the monochrome sprite for a face was a brilliant touch), I think I had to choose this one as a favourite. The colours on the wires come through better (in this photo, at least) and the feet on this one make it easier to imagine how it could shamble about.
These are relatively small aesthetic elements but they make them distinguishable enough.
In any case, I'd like to say you've done great work with both of them.

I bet someones got bite marks on their thumbs playing this Gameboy. It would really suck turning into a Zombie after wanting to play one last Pokemon game. Damn.

I'm glad my gameboy color never did this. I'd have used it to terrorize all the other kids and my parents. I had a purple one. It was the only gameboy I ever had.

Mine isn't like that, but it is in retirement! ^_^ Still goes and plays the games well, so I keep it.
This could very well be one of my brothers Gameboy's as he did end up breaking them one way or another...
