Okay, I'm not getting it...at all.

I made a water drop pattern, added the iRay Water Shader and then added each of my maps into every slot where it let me drop a map (one map at a time, of course). The best results I got was some white specks on my toon. Either the entire surface is watery, or it all disappears and I'm left with smudgy white specks.

I notice you're using the AoA Subsurface Shader that actually has slots for Displacement Strength and Opacity Strength - something that's missing from the iRay Water Shader. What slots are the equivalent?

I am not very proficient with Iray.  I tried some tests of my own and wasn't having much luck either.

You're welcome Linwelly.

I do that too.  Easy access to info is necessary.  It gets frustrating when something cannot be found.

Thank you for this! I've experimented a little bit with the geometry shells, but never really got the hang of using them for anything. Thank you very much for this. :D (Big Grin)
