Wells - Martian Flying Machine — Description
Likely the ultimate machine of the Martians. Most often it is shown flying and kicking ass. I, however, chose a different path. You see, the Martians apparently never mastered using it in thick, earthly atmosphere and stronger gravity. They were only said to be "learning" to fly. Therefore I portrayed the machine in the grounded state, with several of Martians and Handling machines working on adapting/modifying/reinforcing it for those hard conditions. A task that they never finished. Several Martians (Wells - Martian (Invader) ), as well as their Handling Machines (Wells - Martian Handling Machine ), can be seen working with it, likely repairing or modifying it.

It kinda turned out like a pic from RTS game, but since I like this type of games a lot, this is probably very appropriate.
