Here's my 39th Power Rangers is Power Rangers Dino Racer based on Dinosaurs/Vehicle Hybrid.

Engineryu Sentai Gougouger (エンジンリュウ戦隊ゴロゴロジャー- Enjinryu Sentai Gougouja lit. Engine Dragon Squadron Rumbling Rangers)
Plot:
Dino Racer Rangers:
Kaito Tatsuno/Red Dino Racer Rangers: Kaito is a teenager who seemed less interested in actual dinosaurs even when his father helped to design the Dinoterium. He becomes a Red Dino Racer Rangers and his zord is T-Rex Cruiser Racer Zord.
Rick/Blue Dino Racer Rangers: Rick is a cowboy from the west who is good with a lasso and travels on a horse. He becomes a Blue Dino Racer Rangers and his zord is Tricera SUV Racer Zord.
Rena/Yellow Dino Racer Rangers: Rena is Kaito's best friend since kindergarten. She becomes a Yellow Dino Racer Rangers and her zord is Ptera Jeep Racer Zord.
Chuck/Green Dino Racer Rangers: Chuck is the Burners' computer programmer and is the brains of the group. He becomes a Green Dino Racer Rangers and his zord is Ankylo Compact Racer Zord.
Stanford Isaac Rhodes/Black Dino Racer Rangers: Stanford is Battle Force 5's acoustic expert. He becomes a Black Dino Racer Rangers and his zord is Stego Truck Racer Zord.
