Wow, this turned out pretty good, I think. o__o Although, the eyes are a bit on the big side, and the hands and feet need some work...Hug me! Hug me! Pick me up! Hehe. =3
I used size 3 paint brush, then the blurry paint brush for the shading, and the tablet helped. X3
Done on Adobe Photoshop CS (8.0), with Wacom graphire3 4x5 tablet.

Edit: I made the lines sharper. They seem to look better.
