Dutch Crunch — Description
This is my dutch crunch soft egg roll for my trade show.
This is the 16oz display piece. A soft egg roll has a very yellow, light crumb and is typically smooth and soft all around. I made a dutch crunch topping and covered the bread with it before baking. The broken cool design on top is the result. It also creates a hard outer crust similar to a baguette crust
