This reminds me heavily of the realm Athea from the PS2 gmae primal... specifically the half gothic half victorian style in the costume and architecture, plus the shade of the sky.

I actually was in a serene and rather happy mood myself so I wanted to give her the same expression. However since Koma does hardly have any expressions on her face.. She looks kinda 'blank' after all

Almost all the people are wearing the same clothes like the XIXcentury dresses in different shades of grey for the ladies (without any jewelery, no designer hats and such) and dress-suits/suits in grey for the gents.. Only those from the aristocracy or those who somehow managed it to lift themselves in the society's level/state differ from the rest.. All the others resamble the 'working class' from the XIXcent and if you are not a celebrity or an owner of some business/company you are supplied with a small, ruined appartment with no water instalation, wooden floors and such stuff.. So it's a 'sharper' version of what was going on in the XIXcent.. Mixed with 'computers' that run on water vapor and such stuff
So nope, you wouldn't like to live in that world, I'm sure xD
