I was asked a few times how to do the 'glow' effect on some of my works and here it is.The secret is not the 'glow' layer, but the flat coloured one that lays under it. (Remember that is the one on bottom that has the power in the relationship.
)When dealing with spots simply draw a circle around the spot, leaving the center without the 'glow' effect.
