Full view please! It really does look soooo much better up close ^___^ Besides, this is just something simple, I have a couple other, more intricate pics in the works of these two, and of Jacob...~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"And so the lion fell in love with the lamb...," he murmured.
"What a stupid lamb," I sighed.
"What a sick, masochistic lion." He stared into the shadowy forest...
----------------- "Twilight" pg. 274
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Edward Cullen and Bella Swan from Stephenie Meyer's amazing vampire romance novel, "Twilight". If you haven't read it, I implore you to do so!
I'm new to the fandom, so be gentle, I've read around enough to know that everyone's vision of Edward and Bella are different. I've stuck to more of my cartoon-y style here... it might take me a couple of pics to bring out my more realistic, "American" style, after drawing anime for so long.
I like the way I've drawn them here, but to tell the truth, I'd like to infuse my Edward with a little bit more of Robert Pattinson's looks (~drool~ He's my PERFECT Edward) I've drawn him as Cedric before (there's a Cedric/Cho pic in my gallery from about 2 years ago... ), so I might be able to pull it off. ^___^
I will turn into a complete puddle when Rob says the "brand of heroin" line... ~sigh~
The song I have for this pic is "Newborn" by Muse, download here: [link]
, because I like the beginning... it's gorgeous...
(Btw, I allow... no WANT this pic to be posted at Edward Cullen Fans DA club... ^____^ )
Done in Copics, india ink and Corel Photopaint9.
No crit please...
*sigh* this reminds me of the times when I still hoped for an epic ending and I thought this was good...until I finished the book series and realized there was no real conflict. I am sorry, two people being in love is great, but you can't base a whole story around it without any real conflict.
sorry for double posting, i forgot to give a good review on your picture. I think it looks much better than Robert Pattson as Edward.
Okay, I will try to keep from going on a tangent about Twilight and how ridiculous it is. The way you drew this is amazing. It has a tangible, realistic feel to it as though it's a painting of a picture. The only flaw that stands out to me is this. Is that a shadow under Bella's eye or is it an eyelash? I can't really tell. You should have differentiated the color a little more.
Yeah! his hair color is COPPER! Not like robpatt's dark brown. very pretty picture
So is the book better than the movie? I have to admit I'm curious. I don't want to judge the series based on just the movie.
I love so much this pic, is better than the original characters, Twilight should be Anime instead because it fits more the style, the character can be more development and the storyline could be revamped to a better one. I not a super big fan, but I like the movie than the book, like I said it could be better in Anime style
