Description
Jace and Clary from The Mortal Instruments series by Cassandra Clare. The 3rd book is a doozy ~~~ I thought it was amazing. It had a very epic angels and demons, dark vs light feel to it. I can't wait to read anything else on Miss Clares' Shadowhunters...The most perfect song for this piece and series in general is Thrice's "For Miles"
I mean it's EPIC. Listen and see
The tattoo "Marks" on each Jace and Clary were designed by , who also does awesome TMI fanworks too!
Done in india ink, Copics and Corel Photopaint9

Great piece. The girl is showing so much emotion through the way you drew her face and had her pose. I've never read this series, but I'm really intrigued now.

This is amazing.
Also, just thought I'd let you know that Cassandra Clare posted this on her facebook page ;D Which is how I found it ^_^;; Congrats.

No worries. I'm so busy dreaming up (in some cases literarally) how Sebastien and Ian are fighting over Joss, and book three is screaming at me, trying to drown out book two so I can't concentrate. Stupid, amazing book series that I can't just sit down and read like you licky other people.
LUCKY! Because I want to know what happens next, too. But do I get to just curl up with a good cup of cocoa and read about Grandpa Panteris and the Lost Ones or Tristan's imprisonment? Nooo, I have to write the @*$& thing first.
Also, I haven't read the third Mortal Ins., so shhh. Also, in the small view, Jace (don't even ask me why) made me think of a Bowie sketch, which is, of course, rawksome.

Haha, I'm a little embarrassed to admit that I have no idea what series this is! But it looks like I'm definitely going to have to check it out, if only to get a better understanding on who these lovely people are! I mean good God woman, you draw them so beautifully! I really love, and I mean, LOVE their faces. The noses in particular are really well done.
UNF. LOVE.
Oh, and their hair is gorgeous. But you always tend to draw super ridiculously amazing I-can't-believe-I-lust-after hair.

Too funny, I own all three books but haven't read them yet, but I knew who these characters were as soon as I saw them.
Fantastic job!

they both look freaking cool! i haven't read the third book yet, but right now jace is still on my semi-hate list because he kinda creeped me out in the second book. but they both look so amazing!!!! i love clary's eyes.

Wow, what a HUGE coincidence. I'm seriously in shock right now.
An hour or so ago, I searched "Mortal Instruments" on DA hoping to find some good art. I didn't see any, and thought it was a darn shame. When I looked at my watch list and saw this, I was shocked.
This piece made my night. It's beautiful.
