it was me... — Description
Aw yes, it's finally done! This is an art trade with the awesome Seekerfang217 ( ). We did a steampunk-themed art trade, I drew her charrie Zero, and she drew my charrie Kenishi.

And, me, being me, had to incorporate tons of symbolism and emotion and stuff. And a reference to Japanese culture. Eeyup.

Rather than explaining, I'll think I'll let y'all unravel the puzzle. But a hint, look up the meaning behind a red ribbon in Japanese culture, and then observe how he's lost hold of it and how it is connected to a weapon of violence...And look at his augmented limbs...

I love this drawing, though! It came out well. I put loads of hard work into it. I tried cell shading it, but my cell shading was terrible, sloppy, and, just..NO. so, I dumped it into another file(an hour or two of hard work down the drain) and used soft shading instead. I especially love the shards of light with the dust particles, though, was just a random decision by me.

And I did the background twice . First time was a fail, second time was an OH YES.

So, what do you think, Seekie? ! Did I do a good job or what?
