-"I grew up without parents. I...I had a lot of hatred in my heart towards both of them, especially my Father. But I learned to live without them. The Bounty Hunters were once my family, and then my friends became my family. I grew with them as best as I could. I no longer hate my Father I just...wish I knew him better. My owner seems to think I'm old though, I don't know why."
-Growing up without both a mother and father figure in his life, Kenya matured fairly quick, especially once he joined the Bounty Hunters. Now in retirement and living in a new home, he holds himself in a way that makes him seem older than he really is. His owners sometimes worry he's getting old but he's still young at heart.
-Loyal-
-Kenya was always loyal to a fault to the Bounty Hunters until he met his mate. He stopped blindly following orders but instead thought into his actions and plans. His friends and family are important to him and he will always stay loyal to those who earn his trust.

-"My mate has kept me young. She's always wanting me to come with her for adventures or to look at something. It's fun, even now that we're older it keeps us young. Right Diyana?...Diyana?...Oh where did you run off to now..."

I still am I guess but I'm definitely no longer a stick in the mud I suppose. I certainly have my love to thank for that."

-Past-
Kenya was born to a champion arena fighter by the name of Hector, and a prized jaguar pet for a mother. He grew up in a loving home but felt hurt over knowing his Father was an Empire cat. This led Kenya to becoming a Bounty Hunter in hopes of attempting to bring his Father home where he belonged. Years had gone by and Kenya grew into a strong young adult and had faced his Father a few times in the arena; he lost every battle he had with his Father. He had many friends over the years and fell in love with a lioness named Diyana. Through them, their owners also fell in love and the two cats made a family together; Diyana and Kenya even adopting an abandoned clouded leopard cub that they named Flavia. Diyana and Flavia helped Kenya grow out of his hatred towards his Father and he instead used that passion to try and become a better cat, and a better Father himself for his own family.
Kenya lost the love of his life at one point in time. Diyana had gone missing and he was unsure when, how, or why, but he knew he had to take care of their adopted daughter by himself. He searched far and wide as best as he could for the lioness that stole his heart but to no avail, he couldn't find her. Kenya nearly gave up being a Bounty Hunter so that he could take care of his daughter. And when she came back, he refused to let her go. Kenya nearly felt like he died inside without the female he loved and nearly felt like he was soaring when she finally returned home.
Kenya eventually met Hector face to face one last time in a big battle between the Bounty Hunters and the cats of the Air Empire. He had help this time but somehow, the large lion still managed to escape. Kenya never saw his Father again and to this day is unsure if the large lion still lives or not. After that, his owners began planning for a move to another city in their retirement.
----------------WHEN PHOENIX RISE--------------
-Present-
Kenya and his family, along with his and his mate's owners moved from their previous home in Massilia to Vienne to retire and enjoy the rest of their lives together. After settling into the city, Kenya and his mate found themselves enrolling to be City Guards along with a few other employed options(Kenya enjoyed the idea of guarding the city as well as helping as a cargo cat); they figured their experience as Bounty Hunters would come in handy for that.
