File character sheet — Description

File is the physical manifestation of code itself inside the undertale (or Underverse, you could say) worlds. It is a code compiler that slowly gained sentiency after running numerous undertale programs. And then attempted to create a vessel it could interact with these worlds through.
It's first meeting was with ink in the doodlesphere. There it attempted to copy inks design. It didn't come out great and became their draft form. They do not like people to see themselves in the draft form or base form.
File prefers not to speak because they do not have a voice of their own. Instead they can copy any voice from an undertale AU. But they don't like to do this.
Their abilities are as follows
Physical text Files: File can summon text files. These files can display any two dimensional image. They can also be used as physical flat things, like walls or platforms.
Self code manipulation: File can manipulate its own code, without editing stats, to become nearly any form they choose.
Stat transfer: they can move one stat from one character, to a stat in another character. Following a few rules.
1: both characters must allow this action.
2: both stats must be of the same type. Health to health, attack to attack.
3: both characters must be from the same universe, or a very similar one.
4: File must be touching both characters.
Code manifestation: Files form of teleportation/multiversal travel.
