Kamen Rider DevIll — Description
Another of my own Riders, this time the villainous Kamen Rider DevIll. Might not be any gadgets and power-ups, but I will probably give a backstory.

Credit goes to DJDiddyDog, whose images of Kamen Rider Black, Skull, all forms of Kiva (though specifically Garulu Form), Arc, and Apollo Geist were edited in this creation. Also, the original creator of the bases for the artwork is Ameyal. You two rule.
