The one on the far left is the new League Champion for Pokemon Black. The one on the far right is the new League Champion for Pokemon White. The middle one is the new guardian for Dragonspiral Tower (where you find Zekrom and Reshiram). (Dragon Tamer, Ghetsis and Brycen)
