Alas I am not sure now who suggested this crossover.
Senshi Street Fighter Chun Li Ranma was number 261 in the Combining Uniforms thread at Fukufics, and was originally posted in mid June, 2012.
(Fukufics crashed in November of 2012 and quite a number of pages of the thread between January and November of that year were lost.)
