Cave-trolls — Description

The Trolls are a race of giants with 4 meters tall that live in the deepest caverns of the mountains of Angmar and the plateau of Gorgoroth, avoiding the rays of the sun that turns them into stone only leaving their lairs in the shelter of the night to feed exclusively on meat (they are not usually very demanding with the available menu). 🍖
The origin of the Trolls is a mystery but it is thought they were some humanoid species that was corrupted by the influence of "Morgoth" and subjected to his evil will; Strong, ruthless, and scaly-skinned, their only handicap in battle is their limited thinking, and they are often led by orcs to instill terror in battle. (If the troll is seriously injured and arouses his blind fury, he will not recognize allies or enemies.) 😨
Finally, the master J.R.R. Tolkien briefly describes more subspecies of Trolls in the books as: Mountain Trolls, Cave Trolls, Snow Trolls, Hill Trolls and semi-trolls (human hybrid).
