Tim had a total self-committed attitude, highly thinking of himself, evident in his claims of being able to shoot his opponents with pinpoint accuracy of his ammo.
He was hired by Don Pinniped as a hitman to take out any pursuer who tried to stop Pinniped's schemes, squealers who couldn't take the pressure of crimes, and even one of Cornelius or Pinniped's men plotting a double-cross.
