Lady Rouge — Description
'Tis the spooky season, so I want to combine two characters who I've been wanting to draw. Rouge and Lady Dimitrescu.

I was also considering drawing a few other costumed Sonic characters... Amy as Ruby Rose, Infinite as Sephiroth and Tangle as Tracer. I might do those guys later down the road. I think those ideas shouldn't be passed up.
