A.N: Somebody asked me if I was going to make a fan design for Winger, the rumoured next rider after the Heisei Era ends. I personally don't think he's gonna be the next one, but you never know. Anyhow, here's what I came up with. I went with an avian theme, with the main form being based off a hawk. Also, since most Main Heisei riders have some shade of red on them, I figured I could make this different by making the main colors cyan and a greenish-yellow. I hope you like it.Related content
