Arsene Ranger 1 — Description
Kind of a fanfic idea, this imagines Arsene Lupin (the famous Phantom Thief) as a Ranger, and as the basis for Lupin/Patren X in Lupinranger Vs Patranger. The idea is that Arsene used the Morphing Grid to help him get some of his more - fantastical prizes - while also preparing for the eventual arrival of the Ganglers.
