I cropped the picture and I got a perfect square - pure luck!It was her third peanut and she managed to put it between her teeth.

gosh they can put so much food on their mouths
but i'm not surprised, my hamster is so small and she always hang around with so much food on her checks

Actually he has 3 peanuts in his cheeks and between his teeth. He can't have more of them of course!

And how can you say it has chromatic aberration, these are the true colours, it is a close up, he was on my lap and the Focal length is 10 mm, as you can see.

Chromatic abberation is the small colour fringing in high contrast areas. The little red and blue fringes along his fur. It's not an insult.

It's an issue with lens design, and it's difficult (and often impossible) to remove, so don't worry about it. I fight a constant battle with it, myself!
