Sam and David tried to force Jessica Rabbit into signing a new contract that would not be beneficial to her. She rejected their offer countless times. They cornered Jessica in her dressing room and begged her to sign. David thought if he pulled out the charm and made some advances toward her, she would cave. Things didn't go the way David planned. As he caressed her cheek, she pulled a giant mallet from her tiny purse and smashed David into a pancake. Sam freaked out as she turned to him, and he ripped up the contract and told her they would never bother her again.
