Right, this is my take on the layout of Shell Cottage [Bill/Fleur Residence].
4 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, 1 Bonus room that could be used as either a study or an office. It may even be a potential family library? A formal dining room is available for entertaining guests, a kitchen with a small dining area for family breakfast and also the sitting/living room.
