I'm at a point in my life where I have to start accepting new responsibilities and coming to terms with the fact I am aging and constantly maturing. I am constantly being reminded of how I should be a quiet, hardworking citizen and that I should just get on with it like everyone else but it's getting tiring.

Here is a current self portrait. Yes I did bleach my hair. I'm gonna change it a bunch until I'm happy with it.

The style I decided to go for in this piece is from a couple of artists who are called 'Doodle Date'. Particularly Stephanie who also has her own Instagram called 'Stephsocks'. Her style is very shape focused and I personally find it an easy and calming style to replicate. I don't believe in Art style theft so this is technically as much my own art style as it is hers but mine is very much inspired by hers and even though I enjoy drawing this way, I hope to evolve my own style and change it from time to time.
