Description
I'd originally planned Renata meeting humans in this cottage, who'd complain of rats in the cellar, and then the rats would turn out to be ratfolk who all talk like Mr. Rat here (inspired by a Redwall game I saw). After some thought, with questions like "Can I really keep up this kind of dialogue page after page without it getting old?", the kindly rat family with bandits in the cellar came to mind.
