Sailor V for Victory — Description
I wasn't supposed to spend so much time on this. I was practicing shining light.
It could be much better, but I didn't want to stress too hard on it, so it's "sloppy on purpose "
Sailor V's outfit is so much coooooler than her regular Venus outfit. I wonder why Naoko did away with it?

I am hoping that one day, they will bring the Sailor V comic to America so I can purchase it. Sailor Venus is by far my favorite. She's a lot like me. I mean, she was fighting before Usagi was Sailor Moon and Minako has her own cat! Awesome!
