Android 13 — Description
Android 13 (人造人間１３号 Jinzōningen Jū San-Gō, lit. "Artificial Human No. 13") is Dr. Gero's thirteenth Android creation. He is designed to continue Gero's vendetta against Goku, who overthrew the Red Ribbon Army as a child.

Cell notes that Android 13 may be a prototype to him, due to his ability to absorb other Androids.[4]

While the main timeline version of him was destroyed by Gero, the parallel world Android 13 makes his debut as the main antagonist in Dragon Ball Z: Super Android 13!.
