Where I've been... — Description
After many years of wonderful experiences here, I pretty much vanished from DA...and here is why;

About 3-4 years ago (about the time my uploads here dropped off), I began to lose functionality in my body. No doctor successfully diagnosed it, until this past October, when I lost my sight and checked myself into the ER. A neurologist ordered the commensurate tests and kept me there for 5 days...I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. It super-sucks, but at least there was finally a name for what was causing all the grief.

I went through about 7 months of tests, and finally about 2 weeks ago, I got to go in for the "first dose test" for the med ($6,000/Mo. without insurance). I made it through the 6-hour test, and am fiiiinally on the med. It will take another couple of months before I start feeling the benefits, but at least I'm on the right path.

The good news is, between the time I was diagnosed and now, my vision is back and I am partly functional...and sometimes (with enough help) I can even shoot.
