Believe it or not, what Alice said in the second panel was actually said in the 17 episode. And frankly, this is the stupidest thing I have ever heard in ANY english-voiced anime.
Seriously!
I mean, what was the point??? To show that Alice is a geographical retard who thinks that Germany is in the middle of Africa??? She's a Russian, for crying out loud! She should know what was the main enemy country her motherland was fighting against...
Furthermore, if I was a German myself, I would be really insulted by a 'joke' like this, cause IMHO this can actually be seen as a nation insult. Nice job, Alice...
