Fragment IV — Description
The fourth fragment, set in Monarch's life, as a continuation. The fragments will now feature all three of the 'stages'.

This is an event derived from an epic RP between ~DiabloZERO-GodofHell and I, involving these two. It happened quite a while ago now, and neither of them really knew much about each other. If anything though, I think this event really made their friendship stronger. No, it definitely did.

Set a fair bit before Monarch's Violence Supressor starts to go on the fritz, so no evil Saiky madness yay XD

Sorry Diablo, Queen uppercuts like a boxer because it was so difficult to drraw a karate-style uppercut XD Also, I'm not sure why she's wearing her Tallest outfit but... It looks cool Sorry if it's not accurate, but it also puts a little bit more contrast between them with those colours.

It all had to be done on a two-page spread because otherwise it wouldn't have fit nor have had the same impact. Not many of the fragments will be two-pagers.
