The strange lizard-dog-abomination you see before you was originally a simple colored sketch, but soon spiraled out of control to the full-blown character you see before you.

Fun Facts
is anatomically more like a reptile, but has the temperament of a canine
lacks external ears, has an inner ear like a snake
is build for speed and agility--possesses very little body fat
ph of his saliva is comparable to hydrochloric acid (very strong and corrosive)
the cartilage protects the sensitive organs in his head from acidic damage (the rest of his hide is impervious to the acid)
the acidic properties of saliva can be temporarily neutralized with a strong base
active hunter, but will scavenge opportunistically
teeth are good for gripping, but bad for chewing-- saliva breaks down flesh and bone into an easy-to-consume soup.
