Bad days that drag even harder to embrace

it's easier to run away

rather than to face

the challenges, fear hardships & headaches,

sometimes I feel beat down to my knees

in tears of dispare

pray to my lord for some peace

many times overwhelmed

to the point I can't breathe

gotta clear my head

get relief to release

So I pick up my phone

or grab up the keys

catch the bus

bike, walk,run ,jog

if need be

To get to a place

I can set this beast free

Where there's love & support

& others like me

I'm gonna pour out my pain

& dump out all negativity...

Support is a blessing

the meetings r free

Open your ears & your heart

To gain some courage, hope, strength & belief

No matter what this cold world may bring

We never have to do this fight alone

or ever use again
