I had to redesign this guy HAD TO DO YOU UNDERSTAND ,he was soooooo lame so I gave him a suit and a creepy smile and figured have his speed based on him actually moving reality around him thus giving the illusion of speed these reality movement can only be done in short bursts so too many reality movement is exhausting and requires recovery.
