Roundhouse 3 — Description
Taken at the Evanston, WY Roundhouse. excellent area for photography, lots of subject matter both in macro and wide angle. Rust, rivets, cracking wood, delapidation and history here. Originally in color, I desaturated this shot of ironwork on a smelter in the fabrication shop of the old roundhouse. I am intrigued by industrial handiwork of days gone by, especially items that saw hard use, and were cared for by the men they were built for.
