He is an athletic young man who trains every day. One day he was running around until a villain threatened him with taking everything he held dear, but he was saved by a hero in a gray and yellow sweatshirt, mask and yellow goggles. He was grateful to him, so he decided to follow in his footsteps and become a hero. Shoots water and has a water barrier. His character is persistent, composed, proud, energetic and brave.

I changed his name to Splash because it sounds better.
