Commission by this is the Green Space Ranger, a countermeasure to Trek, the Green Psycho Ranger. Wielding the Bayonet Blaster, a double-barreled blaster with a blade below, this Ranger is more than capable of taking on Psycho Green and taking him down. I meant how each ranger has a signature device in their helmets (Red=Personal Computer, Black=Satellite, Blue=TV, etc.).
