Lightspeed Rescue Black Ranger — Description
Commission by this is the Lightspeed Rescue Black Ranger. If Time Force got a Black Ranger in Sins of the Future, I thought Lightspeed Rescue should get one too. He wields a brand new weapon known as the V-Striker, a black letter V with dual blaster barrels that have retractable blades like the V-Lancers. Attacks of this ranger include Slashing Strike Out, Double Shot, Lightspeed Laser, Dual Gatling, SWAT Strike, and Rushing Rescue. And yes, this Lightspeed Ranger is based off police.
