Prabeus — Description

Finally took a swing at designing an outfit for this guy ~~that isn't as silly as a loosely wizard101 inspired 'fit LOL.~~ Dunno how I feel about it but it's better than nothing and will work for now.
Made some changes to some design elements to play with more fun magic idea shenanigans

He makes potions, and hangs out with plants at a little potion shop.
