foreground was lightened (light and shadows) to get some light back and some lens reflections have been removed.
I did shoot this with f18 and a polarizer directly against the sun, so the sky and sun is real :) (Smile)

Nice bright atmosphere and I like how it seems to have a related color theme with warm and cool colors.

Yep, have to agree, nice shot. Do like the composition with the opposites, the hedge on left and model on right and the eye follows the path right up the middle. Very opportune colour with the models dress as well, blends nicely. Well done.

Thank you,
we tried this "walking along the road" several times and this was the only place where it worked at all.

So some thought goes into it as well, and you don't give up until you have ticked the box with an OK shot. Good thinking :) (Smile)

Excellent shot Martin:-) (Smile)
How did you expose for this one with the sun in the frame?

πŸ‘: 0 ⏩: 1

hquerhquer In reply to petteram [2009-08-17 17:14:11 +0000 UTC]

Thanks!
ISO 200, 1/80s with f18
Shot in RAW and then quite some post processing to get the colors back.
(Two shots with different white balance and exposure compensation extracted from the NEF, then merged together as layers using masks)
