I can under stand the logic you have there but..From the way i made her. This is why i designed her like that:

..One, she's a ghost so you cant really touch her unless she allows it and she doesnt really need to run. Two, her hair is long like that because in her back story she was kidnapped for months, and when she was kidnapped, she already had some what long hair, so it grew longer while she was there. Three, that was what she was wearing when she died, so it makes since her ghost would return with the last then she wore. And lastly, she died by getting strangled so hard her neck cracked under the pressure, causing it to bleed internally, which is why there's blood coming from her mouth..

Well l never knew ghots look like humans threw out the years they are just floating see threw sprits and normally ghosts don't stay on earth long enough like demons and shadows,etc unless they have unfinsh business to do and they are not known to harm or kill humans, they are the quiet and harmless type

...Im not going off real ghost and what they do. It's a story i made up about this girl becoming what she is now.
Also, look at the Sally creepypasta. She's a ghost. Does she stay peaceful and dont harm others? No. she kills people like the other living pasta's does...
