Okay so we ALL know what evil officers are right? Every ranger/Rider series has them. Black had the trio of priest's and that red knight and Shadow-Moon. But for my Black Knight fic I figured I should add some OC officers too, so the first enemies Black fought the Spider mutants well I am calling them the Spider Troupe in my fic and this guy is their leader. After Black-Knight destroys his men he shall disguise himself as a human and study BK and even upgrade himself into a powerful rider like cyborg calling himself Spider-Rider. In actuality he is just a modified Spider-Mutant and will always remain Redips.Before anyone ask's NO his appearance is NOT based on Edward Scissorhands, his appearance is based on this rider operator at Oaks Park I saw when I was a kid, including the web tattoo on his face(Though the guy had it on his neck). Also Redips will be more then just an evil officer he will be on the fringe and has a tragic backstory so his death to BK will come off as sorrowful, also I made a unilateral choice that the spider woman monster from ZO is his little sister. XD
