This is Virgo from Fairy Tail; she can transform her appearance based on the beauty preferences of her master at the time.
So I says to deeze guys on Naruto Forums: "If I were her master, she'd have dark skin and a phat ass. Might draw that shit." I got the co-sign from another member and sprinkled that inspire-juice onto Sai. Here's the result.

Aside from a slightly-long upper torso, this pic matched my vision. Because of that, I feel that it was a success. If you can transplant your mental image onto the canvas and not lose the original feel that made it appealing, you win at being a surgical imaginative artist.
