Arcane was one of my favourite shows last year. I’m still very proud of this Powder (Jinx) piece and I wanted to add her to my gallery!
The braids in this piece took the longest to complete. I didn’t use any stamps or shortcut. I just rendered one strand at a time… istg I was ready to sacrifice my left foot to just end it all… but I just kept going and got this result! 🤓 I think the hair is still perfectly imperfect a year after and that’s a wonderful feeling~
Looking back on my old art isn’t something I do often, but it definitely helps me see my progress. I’ve been studying and sketching lots lately, mostly scraps, so I feel like my style is changing without me noticing. This piece has some charm to it and I hope you all see it too.
