This s a tutorial of how I coloured the hair, and you can see the finish picture here [link]
And base on this you can creat another colours of hair by just simply follow this tutorial
U can use some colours tones as: green, yellow, brown - pink, purple, light purple or dark pink - brown, yellow, gold etc,...they r what I usually use
Click DOWNLOAD button for bigger size if you cant see it clearly, sorry for huge size cause I want you can see it clearly
And I also apologize for the quality of the pictures, they look quite blur cause I took it from camera (scanner was crazy) Hope you dont mind that
I also have another hair tutorial which is easier than this one a lot and I may submit it later cause I m tired at moment, may submit after few days

Wow, your coloring skills are great. ^^ I'm not so good with pencils, I was more keen on markers but after reading through this, it defnitely looks fun. I think I'll try using more colored pencils. Really nice tutorial, it helped a lot. ^__^

I'm trying to learn as much as I can about drawing and shading and such. and this is perfect for me! ^^ it's not that complicated, and the steps are pretty simple, and with a bit of practice I bet I can get it down.
I just have one question, if I were to color in different colored hair, do I do the same thing only with different color?

But you can try to mix another colors together and they can be interesting too,
