Description
Heat Wave! Much like Cap Cold, Heat Wave is basically the same character as in the DCU except for a few changes. My Cap is Canadian and Heat Wave is the opposite so I'll make him American! Not EXACTLY the opposite but you get what I mean.I'm staying with the black outfit even though it makes him look a little generic and less special than in the regular continuity but he's supposed to be A team member of a PMC and I'm giving them common uniforms, so sue me.
He carries a hand held flamethrower. He still wears a breathing mask that protects him against fire and heat. The asbestos suit was too much so I'll just say his suit is 100% flame resistant.
