Read Dead Man's Questions last year and I was finally able to get around drawing the star in that now. Congratulations, Araki - you somehow made me feel really, really sad and bad for a major villain. Wanted to draw something a little more lively with said character after that.

That, and he's pretty dapper in that outfit, too. >u<
