Something a bit cute. =^^=My portrayal on Nyo!Belarus: despite how scary and intimidating he looks to a lot of people, as well as being a generally grouchy and anti-social man, Nyo!Belarus is far more tolerant towards kids. He just goes along with kids whenever they go on a whim and play around in his own slow-paced and cool manner.

I've personally had this headcanon that Belarus is more to flirts that aren't over the top, bubbly, naive or shy people, because they seem more comfortable for her to work or mature men like Germany.
I personally don't ship AmeBela (maybe only in its Nyotalia version), because I don't like America x Formal Soviets or communists ships in general. Plus, I had this headcanon that Belarus can't stand loud, obnoxious and ignorant people with large egos.

The only ones I ship Belarus herself with are Romania, Italy, Latvia and America. Though for AmeBela, I prefer it in human AU (like with DenSwe).
I tend to think Belarus would either roll her eyes or argue back with those kinds of people, considering she threw a hanger at Denmark's head and cursed a him during the Halloween party's costume competition. Though America is upbeat himself, I see him as more chill than Denmark, who's described as boisterous.
Nyo!Belarus meanwhile is a different matter altogether since I do have a certain way of portraying him, and it's not being highly obsessive with Anya...

I ship Belarus with Italy, because I feel like that she'd clash well with an sweet, yet ditzy guy. Plus I had this headcanon that they also practice their fencing skills together. Since Italians are heard to be the best fencers. Normally, Italy wouldn't fight an woman, but she wants an challenge, then he'll take it.

I hate how people portray Male Belarus as an obsessive and creepy stalker on both original Russia and Fem Russia, while glorifying his actions and bashing regular Belarus for the similar portray. It's another double standard.
I've actually used to hate the Nyotalia guys, because of the fangirls what them to replace the Hetalia girls or they're better then them. Same with Fem China, Fem Japan, Fem Finland, Fem Romano, Fem Italy or any character that isn't considered 'manly' being turned into girls just so they get an heterosexual ship.

Nowadays, I prefer Romania x Belarus thanks to an RP. =^^= it was with a Belarus who was more like a broken bird, and I quite liked it: especially because Romania's a more cheerful character (despite his trickster/mischievous side), but he's also good at reading the atmosphere. 
Ugh, I hate that, too. Especially when those fantards don't seem to see what's so bad about it. I don't bother with them - because they'll probably cry, whine and shit themselves if I say anything intelligent. I'm thinking of opening an Ask-MMD-Nyo!Belarus account on DA soon. =^^=
I don't hold against characters because of their fantards. The characters are not the fantards, and I find it pointless to hate the character because of dumbasses. If it's a pairing, though, then it's more understandable to hate it because of fantards: that is with me and USUK, Spamano, HongIce, NaruHina, SasuSaku and MakoHaru.

Same here, I can't stand the character's personality, then I don't like them.
Same with many popular ships, SwissLiech TaiPan, LatLiech, PruLiech, UKSey, PruHun, AmeViet, SeaLiech, MoldLiech, KugLiech, AusHun, NethBel (it's the dullest ship I saw) and many more.
I've want to browse through the APH Taiwan and Vietnam tags on pixiv and I have to deal with AmeViet and TaiPan being shoved in my face.

Either way, I'll be firm and write out Nikolai's personality on the profile, and my head-canons of him in a journal. 0w0 I'm thinking of also making it a multi-ship account, but I'll also list I don't like RusBela and LietBela.
