Citizen's of Stardust Island
A bit About them: (sorry if my writing isn't very good)

Berry: Berry grew up in the fruit kingdom with his parents who were farmers, and on his 20th
birthday they took a family vacation to Stardust and while he was there he fell in love with
a beautiful pup named Juno.
After two years of talking to each other over seas they decided that they wanted to live
together and get married. They then started their own allium farm and had to pups named
Halcyon and Jade.

Jade: Jade is Halcyon's little sister and she's super adventurous. She hopes to one day
live in a cabin in Stardust's snowy mountains.
(Her special power is tail shapeshifting)

Halcyon: Halcyon is more of the relaxed one he loves tending to his family's flower fields
and knitting. (you can tell what he's knitted because of his zigzag design) he's married to
Rhea and they have a daughter named Halley

Rhea: Rhea's family also had a allium farm and the two family's has a bit of rivalry over who grew
better flower's. Halcyon and Rhea spent lots of time together as kids playing and talking while they
wait for their dad's to finish meeting's. Rhea was Halcyon's very close friend and he know he
wouldn't want to live with out her so he made her a scarf for her 17th birthday and asked if she'd
want to be his girlfriend (of course she said yes ;3 )
Years later they soon got married and also ended the rivalry between their two family's. (kinda)

Halley: Halley has a very special and rare power that no one has ever
received since before Octavia was the leader. She has the power to stop
all time with the horn on her nose (powered by stardust's magic water of
course) and Octavia said that she will be the one to take her place as
the time goddess when she a old enough. For most of her live she been
dreading this "forced to be a god" thing and try's to live her life to the
fullest before she has a job to keep literally all time and space balanced
and keep her subjects safe.
